ANNA Hair & Makeup Artist will inform you via Instagram or Facebook if makeup services are unavailable for any other days or times.

Please Note: These Public Holidays can be booked if required however a surcharge of $50.00 will incur.

ANNA Hair & Makeup Artist requires a minimum $60 call out/travel fee for any mobile service.

Travel charges of $2 per km also apply for any mobile service exceeding 15 km from 3 Harbourview Crescent Abbotsford 2046 NSW .

ANNA TYMOFIYEVA Hair & Makeup Artist will confirm your total travel cost when confirming your booking!

Where car parking is restricted, it is your responsibility to arrange parking or incur the cost of any parking fees.

The location of makeup services for the day-of-event will be at the Bride’s discretion, but there are certain requirements that Anna will need to complete the services. A set-up table/work area/chair/trashcan will need to be made available for the Anna. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Anna will arrive 15 minutes prior to set-up. Please communicate the hotel room number if applicable by email or text.

ANNA TYMOFIYEVA MAKEUP & HAIR Artist has the right to change any price at any time without notice to the client unless the customer has placed an order at a stipulated price (then the alteration in price is not applicable). When booking any service with ANNA TYMOFIYEVA Hair & Makeup, the client agrees to these prices.

A minimum of $200.00 for any freelance makeup booking applies.

ANNA TYMOFIYEVA MAKEUP & HAIR Artist has delegated timings for each person which is emailed when bookings are confirmed. Please note: If, with no fault to ANNA TYMOFIYEVA or her team, run behind the scheduled time, there are additional overtime charges of $30 per half hour. This will be added to your invoice.

If you request a second makeup artist, there is a minimum fee of ( $200 ) for their services and a travel fee of $60 if within 15 km of our home studio. If the travel exceeds 15 km , the second artist fee is $2/km . This cost will be confirmed prior to the confirmation of your booking once the location is determined.

Photos and/or video taken at the trial or your professional photos/videos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view and might be shared on my social media accounts. Your photographer/videographer etc will receive proper credit for their work.

CANCELLING OR POSTPONDING YOUR WEDDING
So many wedding industry businesses and couples have been impacted, countless weddings have been postpone, and we know it's a challenging time for so many impacted by this pandemic.

If you wish to postpone your wedding date, please get in touch with ANNA ASAP.

ANNA will gladly transfer the deposit made towards the new chosen wedding date IF AVAILABLE (Please check with ANNA regarding the date).

If you wish to cancel, Please note that NO REFUNDS or transfers will be made as stated in our policy.
